Open House = Success

We had about 85 people in attendance!

When they entered the room we had two club tables set up with beautiful floral arrangements. The first table to check in and the second with packets of Private Event Information, and Membership Information. To the right it opened up to the Homestead Room where we had a very modern and upscale white lounge setting with glass tables. It looked amazing, and several times in the night it was filled to the brink with people enjoying the event. In the center of the room we had a gorgeous sweetheart table set complete with draping, uplighting, and a dramatic silver chandelier. Also, there were 5 belly bars with mini floral centerpieces, hand passed hors d'oeuvres, and a Chef attended mashed potato bar.

Around the perimeter of the room was a beautiful brass cappuccino bar, a bakery serving hearty slices of several different flavors of cake and challah, a photographer displaying photographs of the Club, a make-up artist, and my favorite - a videographer who had put together a 5 minute compilation of weddings at the Club playing on a loop. The video was displayed on a flat screen TV, and showed off everything from the details of the food, to the service, and view, the table settings, the dancing, the vows - it was actually really moving and made people a little teary when watching it! It was so great that the guests were really able to see a wedding "in action" at our Club.

Our entertainment vendor provided cocktail music in the main room, while a classical guitarist and saxophone player played some great tunes on the terrace. The chocolate fountain, martini luge and hosted bar were all set outside near the ceremony set-up and several patio tables for the guests to relax and enjoy the view. It was beautiful evening and a wonderful event!!
